Narisse Kendrick, MD
Narisse Kendrick, M.D. is the founder and Medical Director of Women’s Care for Life Medical Practice, Inc. Dr. Kendrick is a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OB/GYN) who has practiced in San Jose for over 10 years. Dr. Kendrick obtained a B.S. in Biochemistry from Lehman College in New York and graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Dr. Kendrick received her medical doctorate degree from Yale University Medical School.
After completing her medical residency training at Kaiser-Permanente Hospital in Oakland, California, she joined the San Jose Medical Group (SJMG) and then a few years later an established physician in private practice. Next, Dr. Kendrick went on to found her own dual private practice, Women’s Care for Life, to individually serve both the OB/GYN and Aesthetic (anti-aging) areas of service.
Dr. Kendrick has appeared as a guest speaker on the Bay Area’s news station, KRON 4, with the program hosted by veteran anchor, Pam Moore. She has also published articles and given lectures on the topic of menopause. Dr. Kendrick is an award winning physician! She is the winner of two Readers’ Choice Awards. Dr. Kendrick was awarded BEST DOCTOR in the Los Gatos Daily News Readers’ Choice Survey. She also was most recently recognized by The San Jose Mercury News as BEST OB/GYN DOCTOR in the newspaper’s 2010 Readers’ Choice Awards, “The Mercury News BEST in SV2010″. “At Women’s Care for Life everyone is treated and referred to as a client. Theresa Pittman, Nurse Practitioner
Theresa V. Pittman is a Nurse Practitioner (NP), with thirty years of medical experience providing state of the art care in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, Gynecology, Obstetrics and Primary Health. She has extensive experience in education and curriculum development as well as initiating numerous standards and protocols for nurses in the field of Infertility. Ms. Pittman frequently served as a guest lecturer at Stanford University Physician Assistant Program as well as a frequent participator in the Speakers Bureau for Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) Marketing Department. She has expertise in transvaginal pelvic ultrasound and diagnostic skills in physical, psychosocial assessment, and the management of health and illness in the primary care setting. Ms. Pittman is also a Legal Nurse Consultant with experience in medical record review, preparation and summary of deposition questions, extensive medical-legal research and assistance in medical causation issues in TORT litigation and pharmaceutical litigation. She has served as creator, publisher and editor in chief of Reproductive Review — journal articles review for nurses interested in the field of reproductive endocrinology (1998).
Ms. Pittman has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with Public Health Certificate, and Master of Science in Nursing, with Certificate as a Family Planning Nurse Practitioner, from San Jose State University.
